Aspen Heights' Pool

The Pool photos, finally. (It was refurbed for five months and re-opened about two months ago)

Here is the main pool, looking from right to left

The kids' pool has terraced levels, plus a round bubble pool at the top. There are two water slides but they have recently closed these until some soft material can be put underneath the ladders - it took several falls for them to realise that wet kids racing up ladders and concrete tile
landing pads, don't mix.

Flynn appropriates someone's vehicle

Hmmm, it's warm enough mum, come on in!

"C'mon dad, race ya to the ladder!"

Dad tries to hide his disappointment but being
whipped by a toddler always hurts

Can't keep Blake out of the sprinklers

And these little pools provide hours of fun

Always hot chicks by the pool

There's a bubble pool by the main pool too

Round the other side there's a bbq area which is still having the finishing touches added to it and around the other corner is the kids' playground. Will have to get some shots of that too!

Our House

I realized we still haven't posted photos of our 'new' place in Aspen Heights. So here are some shots:

The Lounge & Dining Area

The View from The Balcony

Our Bedroom

The Ensuite - no more fighting over the sink!

There is also a main bathroom that has a toilet, sink and shower - and a maid's bathroom that has a toilet, sink and basic shower (ie cold water only shower coming from the wall rather than a shower stall/box - don't wanna let these girls get too comfortable huh!).

Flynn's room - you may have guessed

The kitchen, which leads out to the laundry

We also have a third bedroom for guests and a maid's room (very small bedroom which we're using for storage).

We are really enjoying being at Aspen Heights! Apart from having more spacious rooms and an extra bedroom, we love the condo for it's great facilities, it's central location and the social atmosphere. It's a very family oriented place so everyday there are loads of kids in the playground and at the pool - makes for easy toddler entertainment, and is nice for us to chat to the other parents.

Most people here are expats - Aussies, Brits, Amercians, Europeans, Japanese and maybe about 30% Singaporean.
The pool area has recently been refurbished and we need to take some more shots of that, look out for those in following blogs.
