Big Day Out

The other day we discovered a cool new place - actually several of them, when going on a walk at Mt Faber.

There is a 'park connector' route that enables you to walk from park to park across Singapore. We went to Mt Faber and walked through to Henderson Waves and then to Hort Park.

Henderson Waves is a huge pedestrian bridge that is built to look like a long breaking surf wave.

When we reached Hort Park, Flynn was delighted to find a wonderland of soft lawns, beautiful gardens, multiple playgrounds, two sandpits (one white sand, one black), a giant carp pond and a plunge pool - nearly more fun than a boy can bear. What do you mean we'll have to go home soon?
