Phuket, again.

We don't mean to bore you, but once again we went to Phuket for a holiday. It's only a one-hour flight and well set up for tourists, which makes it an easy destination with kids in tow - so, here we are again!

We had a week staying on Kata Beach - well recommended for a beach break away from it all.

We arrived and checked out the beach as the sun went down

Wasn't long before we were back during the day

Of course the hotel pool was always an option too...

Oooo, don't ya hate sand in your knickers

Flynn makes a point of getting to know the staff

Bubbles!

Flynn had a hard-core whinging session at the pool and drove the
nearby pool-goers away - hence we had the pool to ourselves!
Who says kids ruin your holiday?

The boys recharging for the afternoon

Benjy's feelin good

The cultural aspect - some beautiful temples

Ahhhh, a lovely family shot!

Yes, but 30 seconds later, Flynn walked forward and one leg slipped right
down into the big drain hole you can see a metre in front of him.  He badly grazed his leg and got a big fright. That was the end of the temple visit.

We enjoyed trying different restaurants each night

 Cocktail-a-rama

Flynn's nuts about coconuts!

Rico's Italian restaurant proved an excellent choice

At last, something flynn will eat!

A baby elephant hangs out in town in the evenings - Flynn didn't seem that impressed and we're not sure he believed it was real

Neither was he keen on the trunk when it reached out for his nana

Downtown Kata

Flynn was VERY keen on getting rides in the tuk tuk vans and since
we were able to take the pram on (un-collapsed), they were the
perfect way to get around

Kickin back after a hard day holiday-making

There was a cool kids' club where Flynn regularly terrorized the staff

While Benjy just lay around looking cute
