In April it was Blake's birthday, and as he was heading away for work that night we had a breakfast celebration. The boys didn't seem to mind having cake for breakfast.

Also in April, Blake decided to commemorate ANZAC day by planting some poppy plants with the boys.
Unfortunately the huge and voracious slugs we have here ate the plants down to the ground. But we have now laid down slug pellets and are hoping for a recovery.
