Flynn loves running and so we thought the local athletics club might suit him. So far he has done two athletics competitions (running but also including various athletic activities, like long jump and shot-put ) and two kids' race runs.
Here goes the 1000m - Go Flynn!
Phew, that 1000 metre run is a killer!
Thankfully, behind the finish line were buckets of water and sponges for cooling off.
