I finally quit my job at the marketing agency!
I handed in my notice about 6 weeks ago. I was working out a 6-week notice period, but have just agreed to stay on a further week as they need more time for the handover to my replacement. I have also agreed to do some contract work on an ad hoc, part time basis, after we come back from our holiday in Thailand.
I'm going to set up my own company so I can contract to APC (current company) and also to others in the future. Looking forward to having more time to myself soon, will be nice to have some down time before the baby rather than working right up until due date, which was the plan before.
