Flynn did his first running race in November, the 'Stadt Lauf' (City Run) which is at night and a really fun experience. The kids do 1.5km and adults 5.5km.
I do it each year with a friend since it's such a great atmosphere (all the Christmas lights are up and the streets are crowded with supporters) and it was great that Flynn is joining in now too. Blake sometimes does it, but it's a bit lacking in distance for him.
We often ride down to the local park. The warmer weather has meant being able to do that for much longer into this winter,
Then a bit of footy
And finally we hit the playground
