We Visit the Spandaus in Heidelberg

We had lots of fun having the Spandau Family come visit us, and just as much fun visiting them in Heidelberg! They are a two-hour drive from us, straight up the motorway - to a beautiful medieval town with the most amazing castle ruins I have ever seen.

We had a great relaxing weekend, checking out Heidelberg, visiting the ruins, walking, eating and catching up.

The kids play really well together and here they are rolling around all over eachother in the doorway - as you do!



We did lots of walking  - which we all love - both in town and forest

And of course, we always have to end up at a playground somewhere

We had a great long weekend with the Spandaus in their beautiful town and look forward to catching up again with them soon.
